But if you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling. No questions asked. Instructions for Returns and Refunds

To obtain your refund, you must first contact Member Support Services via your EPX Body Back Office, by email at support@EPXbody.com, or by phone at 1-888-216-3575 (Monday–Friday 9am-5pm MST) in order to obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number. (To expedite the process, please be ready with the order number from your packing slip.)

To receive a refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of return package. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept packages without an approved RMA on the outside of the package.

Address return packages to: EPX Body, Attn: RMA# ______, 1485 West Hill Field Road #202, Layton, Utah 84041, USA. We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked "return to sender" or "refused". We will not accept C.O.D. returns. You, as the buyer, are responsible for all costs related to shipping back your item and that the item arrives to us without damage. Return shipping charges will not be compensated for unless the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item). Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. If you return a package, we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return all full or empty containers of the product.

After we receive your return, and it is processed, we will issue the refund to the credit card used or when possible send a check for your refund. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address for the check to be sent for U. S. orders only. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your card account.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

All orders returned to us due to bad addresses, are opened and returned to stock. An email is sent requesting a good address. A new shipping fee will be charged to reship the order. It is the distributors responsibility to check the address they put in the shipping profile to be sure is correct and includes apt. #, suite # or any pertinent information necessary to claim delivery of the order. After 30 days with no response, the order will not be resent or refunded.
